Terms of service

Translation provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Version 2026-11-02. These terms govern the relationship between SARIF DIGITAL SOLUTION (RCCM GN.TCC.2026.4.04097, "Sarif") and the person or business that creates an account to use the platform (the "Merchant"). By creating an account or continuing to use Sarif, the Merchant confirms they have read and accept them.

1. Who can use Sarif

Sarif is a service for professionals and businesses that sell online. By signing up you confirm that you act in the course of your business or profession, that you are of legal age and able to enter into contracts. If you act for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

2. The Service

Among other things, Sarif lets you create online stores with themes and your own domain; manage products, collections, inventory, customers and orders; take payments through the Merchant’s own PayPal account; send transactional emails to customers; issue invoices; publish content; and work as a team.

Sarif may improve, change or remove features. If a change removes an essential feature of a paid plan, at least 30 days’ notice will be given.

3. Account and security

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done from your account and from the accounts of people you invite to your team.
  • Tell us immediately at contact@sarif.es if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your customers’ payments

Your customers’ payments are processed directly in your own PayPal account (or another provider you connect). Sarif does not receive, hold or transfer that money and is not a party to your relationship with the payment provider, whose terms you accept separately. Refunds made from the dashboard are carried out in your provider account.

5. Fees

  • Current plans and prices are published on sarif.es and in the dashboard. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Paid plans are charged in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
  • Sarif may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. If you disagree, you can cancel before they apply.
  • If a payment fails, you will be notified and, if it isn’t resolved within a reasonable time, the plan may be downgraded or suspended.

6. Your obligations as a merchant

You are the seller towards your customers and responsible for your store. In particular you must:

  • Comply with the rules that apply to your business: consumer law (pre-contract information, right of withdrawal, guarantees), e-commerce, data protection, tax, labelling, product safety and any licences required.
  • Publish in your store your own legal details, terms of sale and policies (Sarif provides indicative templates that you must review and adapt; they are not legal advice).
  • Handle your customers, orders, shipping, returns and complaints.
  • Hold the rights to everything you publish (texts, images, brands).

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use Sarif to sell or promote illegal, counterfeit or dangerous products or services; weapons, drugs or medicines without authorisation; content that infringes third-party rights, incites hatred or violence, or sexual content involving minors; for scams, impersonation, phishing or spam; or to attack, overload or try to breach the platform or other users.

8. Your content and data

  • Your store’s content and data (products, customers, orders) belong to you. You grant Sarif a limited licence to host, display and process them only to provide the Service.
  • You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
  • For your customers’ personal data, you are the controller and Sarif your processor. The Data processing agreement is part of these terms and is accepted with them.

9. Sarif’s property

The software, themes, design and the Sarif brand belong to Sarif or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for as long as your account exists, only for your stores. You may not copy, resell or try to obtain the platform’s source code.

10. Availability and support

Sarif makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure, with regular backups, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance will be done at low-traffic times where possible. Support is provided by email on business days.

11. Suspension and closure

  • You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to contact@sarif.es.
  • Sarif may suspend a store or account, with notice whenever possible, if you breach these terms, if there is a risk to the security of the platform or third parties, if an authority requires it, or for non-payment.
  • After closure, your data is kept for 30 days so you can export it and is then deleted, except what we must keep by law.

12. Liability

  • Sarif is not responsible for Merchants’ sales, products, content or conduct, or for third-party services you connect (payments, domains, carriers).
  • Sarif is not liable for loss of profit, lost sales or indirect damages.
  • Sarif’s total liability to the Merchant for any cause is limited to the amounts the Merchant paid Sarif in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. These limits do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
  • You agree to hold Sarif harmless from third-party claims caused by your products, your content or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days in advance and ask you to accept the new version. If you don’t accept it, you can close your account.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Guinea and OHADA uniform law, without prejudice to mandatory rules that apply to the Merchant in its country. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Conakry (République de Guinée). The Data processing agreement and the standard contractual clauses it includes are governed by their own applicable law.
