Affiliate program terms

Translation provided for convenience; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Version 2026-11-02. These terms govern the affiliate program of sarif.es, under which SARIF DIGITAL SOLUTION ("Sarif") pays a commission to anyone who brings it new paying accounts (the "Affiliate").

1. Joining

To take part you need a Sarif account, to send an application and for Sarif to approve it. Sarif may reject or pause a participation without giving reasons, paying the already confirmed commissions that are not fraudulent.

2. What earns a commission

Every subscription payment from a new account that reaches Sarif through the Affiliate's link (remembered for the period shown in their dashboard, 60 days by default) and signs up within that period earns a commission. Existing accounts, the Affiliate's own accounts or those of related people or companies, and free trial periods do not earn commissions.

3. Amount

The commission is the percentage shown in the Affiliate's dashboard of each payment actually collected, for the number of months shown there (by default, 10% for 12 months). Sarif may agree a different percentage or duration with each Affiliate; what appears in their dashboard at the time of the payment applies.

4. Confirmation and cancellation

Each commission stays on hold for the number of days shown in the dashboard (30 by default) and then becomes available. If the payment that generated it is refunded, cancelled or disputed, the commission is cancelled; if it had already been paid out, it is deducted from the following ones.

5. Payout

The Affiliate chooses in their dashboard how to get paid:

  • Discount on their Sarif subscription: when PayPal charges their subscription, Sarif refunds the available balance from that charge (at most, the amount of the charge). The rest is kept.
  • PayPal: once a month, if the available balance reaches the minimum shown in the dashboard (€20 by default), Sarif sends it to the PayPal account provided. PayPal fees for receiving or converting the money are borne by the Affiliate.

The Affiliate is responsible for declaring this income and paying the corresponding taxes.

6. Prohibited

It is not allowed to: buy ads with the Sarif brand or similar terms; send unsolicited emails or messages; register own or fake accounts with the link; offer refunds or incentives not authorised by Sarif; or give misleading information about Sarif. Any breach means immediate removal and loss of the affected commissions.

7. Changes and leaving

Sarif may change these terms or the general percentage with 30 days' notice; changes do not affect commissions already generated. The Affiliate may leave at any time by writing to contact@sarif.es.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Guinea. Any dispute falls under the courts of Conakry (République de Guinée).
