Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Create your account and get 7 days free with Pro features and one store. Choose a plan whenever you like.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don’t choose a plan, your stores close to the public, but nothing is deleted: products, orders, customers and design stay where they are. They reopen as soon as you choose a plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no commitment. Cancel from Plan and billing and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from Plan and billing, to move up or down a plan or to switch from monthly to yearly.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes. When you choose your plan a checkout page opens with the summary; enter your code there and you’ll see the discounted price before paying.
Does Sarif take a commission on sales?
No. You get paid through your PayPal account, also by card through PayPal, and the money goes straight to you. PayPal charges its own fees.
How do I pay for the subscription?
From your account, in Plan and billing: when you choose a plan a checkout page opens with the summary, the discount code field and payment with PayPal.
